"Exceptional Service from This Company"
I've got to say, this company really shines when it comes to customer support. I own a 1/2” extension ratchet that I've put to work on various car tasks, from changing suspension springs to tackling the timing belt, and it's been fantastic. However, I noticed the ratchet teeth began slipping recently. I reached out to Amtech's customer service, and they were super apologetic about the problem. They promptly sent me a replacement, which arrived the very next day.

I needed to get in touch with the support team regarding an issue I had with some Amtech gear. They got back to me quickly and pointed me in the right direction to resolve it. A replacement was sent my way without delay. Everything was taken care of in just a week. Super happy with how they handled it!

"Fantastic Service for Amtech Mini Drill"
I had my problem sorted out in no time, and just two days after I submitted my warranty claim, a brand new set showed up at my door. The customer service was top-notch! This mini drill is superb and can handle a variety of jobs!

"Terrible Radiator Keys"
These radiator keys break with the tiniest bit of force. They feel like they're made from some cheap, fragile plastic.
EDIT: Upped my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
Had a chat with the folks at Amtech, and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They sent a replacement out in no time.

Awesome business, I’m surely gonna use them again. Had a small issue with the item I got through Amazon, but Steve was quick to answer my call and shipped out a replacement right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks a lot, Steve.

I gotta say, the customer service here is just fantastic! Steve really got what I was dealing with regarding a tricky spring and managed to fix it in less than a day. He even called to make sure the replacement showed up alright the following day. I’d totally suggest trying out their products and service. Simply top-notch!

Awesome customer support. It's refreshing to reach out to a company that’s so accommodating. My item was nearly three years old, and Steve provided me with a simple form to fill out. A brand new replacement showed up the very next day. You really can't beat that kind of service. Amazing!!!

"Fantastic Support"
We reached out to Steve at Amtech about a torch that was almost out of warranty. The torch was missing a button, and Steve generously swapped out the entire unit. This was far beyond what I anticipated, and I'm really grateful to everyone at Amtech. From the first phone call to getting the replacement, it only took a few days. Incredible service, and many thanks once more.
